Staff Scientist, Staff Engineer

This position requires a PhD (or BS/MS degree and equivalent competence) and recognized technical expertise in a broad field of technology or as the Company’s foremost authority in an area of technology. You use your expertise to provide key technical input to one or more projects.

You report to a Technical Director or business unit manager and work under very limited supervision. You may even approve formulas for a product/product line. Because of this authority, you have direct, shared impact on market and product/process results, and major impact on sales.
