Senior Scientist or Senior Engineer

In this position, you need a PhD or BS/MS degree and equivalent competence, and recognized technical expertise in an area of technology or science. You use your proficient expertise to provide substantial technical input to one or more projects.

You report to a Technical Director or business unit manager and work under limited supervision. Consequently, you have direct, shared impact on market and product/process results, and major impact on sales.
