Division Technical Director

In this position, you supervise up to forty professionals and technicians in multiple groups, project teams, or major program(s). You need a PhD or BS/MS degree and equivalent competence plus the administrative and technical competence to direct a principal laboratory.

You report to a higher-level Technical Director, Division Technical Director, or Technical Director of R&D and work under very limited supervision. Consequently, you have direct, shared impact on market and product/process results, and major impact on sales.
