Senior Division Scientist

To qualify for this position, you need a PhD or BS/MS degree and equivalent competence. Your technical expertise must be recognized nationally/internationally. You provide highly significant and critical technical input to one or more projects/programs.

You report to a Technical Director, Division Technical Director or Technical Director of R&D and work under very limited supervision. Consequently, your work has direct, shared impact on market and product/process results, and major sales impact.



As a Senior Division Scientist, you are responsible for:
  • making individual contributions of very significant technical or commercial importance
  • directing very critical and complex major projects or programs
  • directing multiple projects or groups/sections representing an array of scientific, technological or market functions
