Division Scientist
A Division Scientist provides highly significant and
critical technical input to one or more projects or programs. To qualify, you
need a PhD (or BS/MS degree and equivalent competence) and technical expertise
that is recognized nationally.
You report to a Technical Director or Technical Director
of R&D, and you work under very limited supervision. Consequently, your
actions have direct, shared impact on market and product/process results, and
major impact on sales.
