This is a glimpse of a few of the positions that we recruit for on a regular basis. This by no means meant to be a complete list, but a snapshot of what several of our co-ops are doing at Sherwin-Williams.

This position exists to support the Team Leader and the team in achieving department goals. Programmer/Analysts are technology specialists and business generalists. This position partners with the Client and other information systems (I.S.) employees within S-W to understand business needs and assist in the delivery of I.S. solutions. This position is responsible for the development and/or installation of business systems. This individual is responsible for identifying the business needs and defining the I.S. solution. Under direct supervision or functioning as a project leader, assists in the review and their analysis of detail specifications and the preparation for programming Solutions. P/C Lan Administrator

Our P.C Lan Admins have minimal help desk responsibilities (1week in 5) Primary responsibilities focus on computer imaging, basic trouble shooting, computer set up and security. Will maintain call logs when on help desk. Usually requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Refer a candidate for the co-op program now.

Network Co-op

These positions are responsible for assisting in the implementation of strategic and tactical network design alternatives. Responsible for assisting colleagues and others with network related issues. Trains with and assists junior analysts. Coordinates and completes projects on time. Troubleshoots network problems as necessary. Serves as a project team member in the delivery of network solutions.
