The Co-op Kickoff is a chance for us to welcome our co-ops to the entire organization. We have two Kickoff meetings each year.

The Kickoff Sessions allows Sherwin-Williams the opportunity to provide several perspectives of the IT Co-op program. We include comments from key executives, members of the co-op team, Cleveland's IT community leaders, as well as past and present co-ops.

The session will always include a networking portion which allows our newest co-ops the opportunity to interact on a personal level with S-W executives, Community leaders and IT professionals.
