Associate Programmer/Analyst
This is an entry-level, exempt position with no supervisory responsibilities.
A graduate of the IT Internship Program is the likely candidate for this
position. Employees from other Sherwin-Williams business segments with the
appropriate computer experience may also qualify.

Essential Duties and Requirements
- Duties
- Simple programming
- Conventional technology skills
- Good communications skills although contacts are generally limited to peers
- Strong business orientation
- Education & Experience
- Sherwin-Williams IT Internship Program graduate,
- BS Computer Science,
- 2-year degree with 1-3 years’ experience, or
- High School diploma with 3-5 years’ equivalent experience
- Physical Requirements
- Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Spend 70% of the day sitting, 15% standing, 15% walking.
- Good (correctable) sight and color perception.
- Able to operate a computer and keyboard; have good (correctable) hearing to communicate via telephone.
- Able to work all scheduled hours as needed.
