As a field auditor you can expect approximately 50% overnight travel, whether by car, plane or both. Completing 50 - 60 audits a year can be intense, and may not be the career for everyone. But there are some perks to the job that make it more appealing. Included in these are, the opportunity to travel with reimbursement for all business related expenses and excellent company benefits.

Travel Expenses
As a field auditor you will be reimbursed for all business travel expenses, including transportation, hotel, meals and other miscellaneous expenses.

If you are really good at what you do, you may have the opportunity to participate on "special" projects, audit stores in a unique part of the country, or complete a high-profile audit to really get you noticed.

Benefits
Being a company committed to attracting and retaining outstanding professionals, Sherwin-Williams offers a total compensation package of excellent benefits.

Also, the company has many other benefits to offer. Since continuous learning is one of our guiding principles, we encourage you to pursue professional certification (CPA, CMA, CIA, CISA, CFE, etc.). We even pay you to do it! The company will reimburse you for 50% of the course fee at the time you register for an approved Review Course. Once you have successfully completed/passed all parts of the exam, we reimburse the other half of the course fee and we pay for your travel, lodging and registration fees for one sitting. We even give you paid time off from work for the days you sit for the exam plus two additional days prior to the exam to study.

Membership in a Professional Organization can also promote continuous learning (plus a great opportunity to network with your peers!). That is why we pay annual membership fees for approved organizations.
