JOINING THE SHERWIN-WILLIAMS TEAM
Members of the Field Audit Team are located throughout the United States in approximately 50 major metropolitan areas. These metropolitan areas are classified as Audit Zones covering specific geographical locations. These zones are divided among four major divisions:
When you join the Field Audit Team you will experience the excitement and challenges of
relocating to one of the 50 established audit zones (outside the state of Ohio). As you enjoy
the experience of a new city, you will be responsible for planning and organizing your weekly
schedule to ensure the successful completion of approximately 50 to 60 paint store audits per
year.
Paint store audits are conducted on a surprise basis to ensure that you see the stores in
the same condition as our customers. The audit will be a complete review of all financial
and operational aspects of an individual location and can typically be completed in 3-4 days.
After you complete an audit, your
findings are communicated through e-mail to your supervisor, who is located in Cleveland, OH.
