Hear about it from someone who's been there...

When Allison Truman, Assistant Manager, graduated from college in Cleveland, Ohio, she knew exactly what she wanted in an employer. She’d already spent two years in Sherwin-Williams’ Internship Program. From this perspective, she was able to see first hand the benefits of working for a company that rewards hard work.

The internship program was a great program that I had begun in 1996. There are a lot of pluses to it. It’s a paid internship, which are very few and far between, because with college, you basically just get credit. I know a lot of you are in that situation now, but this is a paid internship. You can get credit for it at the same time. I continued during the school year, in college, to actually get more experience and make some extra money at the same time. It was a really good opportunity and it gives you some confidence that you’re actually making money and working towards school at the same time.
