CLEVELAND, February 21, 2007 – The board of directors of The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) today announced an increase in their quarterly dividend from $0.25 per common share to $0.315 per common share, payable on March 16, 2007 to shareholders of record on March 2, 2007.
