CLEVELAND, February 22, 2006 – The board of directors of The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) today announced an increase in their quarterly dividend from $0.205 per common share to $0.25 per common share, payable on March 17, 2006 to shareholders of record on March 3, 2006.
