FasTop™ S and FasTop™ M Assure Quick Return to Service
(CLEVELAND, July 15, 2003) – New from Sherwin-Williams Industrial and Marine Coatings group are General Polymers FasTop™ Slurry and Mortar systems, two seamless, highly durable, fast curing, water-based industrial floor coatings ideal for pharmaceutical and USDA-inspected facilities.
FasTop™ S is a 100 percent solids, water-based urethane modified cementitious slurry recommended for use where the existing substrate is in good condition. It can be finished with decorative quartz broadcast or sand. FasTop™ M is a water-based urethane cementitious mortar system recommended for areas where the substrate requires resurfacing or sloping. It can be installed without a topcoat, increasing the speed at which the floor can be returned to service.
Both FasTop S and FasTop M are impact and abrasion resistant. They will not blister due to moisture from within the substrate and can be counted on to provide long lasting durability even in very harsh environments, making them ideal for industrial manufacturing and kitchen applications, such as those found in food and beverage processing facilities.
